Care instructions are mailed to you with each tumbler. Be sure to not soak the tumblers in hot water, place in a dishwasher, or leave in a hot car!
Please note: Glitter is used in our shop on a daily basis and it is impossible to get rid of. Even though I do my best to avoid it, there is no way to guarantee that non-glitter cups will be 100% free of misc specks of glitter. All items are handcrafted and therefore may have imperfections and color variations.This is a homemade product that may have very minor imperfections that do not affect the function of the product.
If a tumbler is damaged in the shipping process please contact me with pictures within 24 hours of recieving your package.

I just received the Wizard of Oz cup. I specially asked if it would have the straw lid and it's now. It's the sip lid??? I need the steaw lid please???? This was the perfect gift for my niece who is playing Dorothy at her college production of the Wizard of Oz this weekend! It’s exactly as pictured, and we love it! Thank you for getting it here in time for her show. You are amazing.

I purchased this cup to replace one my daughter carried for years. She wanted one exactly like the broken one and the design on this cup was perfect; however, this cup is a Hogg and is much shorter than the one she previously used. This comment in no way reflects the quality and serviceability of this cup but in my opinion the picture doesn't match the actual product.
